Donate Beans (Case of 12)

The Central Okanagan Food Bank distributes over 10,000 cans of beans each month!

Beans are a staple item in our hampers that provide protein, fiber, folate, iron, potassium, and magnesium while containing little or no total fat, trans-fat, sodium, or cholesterol. Research shows that eating beans may help to reduce the risk of diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
